On Friday, April 4, 2014 from 2:00pm – 3:30pm OR from 4:00pm – 5:30pm, New York metropolitan area law schools are offering free clinics for individuals needing assistance in filing claims under the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) at the Nassau County Bar Association in Mineola. The 2014 FDIC September 11th Memorial Stair Climb will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Registration is now open. The cost to register is $25.00. Proceeds will benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), which assists the families of fallen firefighters.
