Join the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network for a run in Prospect Park on Saturday, April 12, 2014 to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research. Detective John Marshall of the NYPD died on Sunday, April 6, 2014 of World Trade Center-related thyroid cancer. He worked with Brooklyn South Narcotics and the 70th Precinct during his NYPD career. The 2014 FDIC September 11th Memorial Stair Climb will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Registration is now open. The cost to register is $25.00. Proceeds will benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), which assists the families of fallen firefighters.
