9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Visitation and funeral for Lt. Stephen W. Valladares, FDNY EMS (retired)

FDNY EMS Lt. Stephen W. Valladares  (ret.) died on April 5, 2018. Lt. Valladares was a 26-year veteran of the New York Fire Department, retiring in 2017 as a Lieutenant with the Emergency Medical Service Command. He was 54. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force and served as an auxiliary police officer with the 61st Precinct Auxiliary Patrol Support Unit.
