9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Canstruction returns to Lower Manhattan from Thursday, November 5, 2015 to Monday, November 16, 2015. Brookfield Place will host the exhibit again this year. Teams of New York’s contractors, architects and designers have one night to build huge sculptures out of hundreds of cans of food. All food is donated to City Harvest at the close of the exhibit. On Thursday, September 11, 2014 the public is invited to attend a candlelight remembrance at the FF Paul Tegtmeier Memorial in Hackett Hill Park.
