Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Thursday, September 11, 2014 the public is invited to attend a candlelight remembrance at the FF Paul Tegtmeier Memorial in Hackett Hill Park. The ceremony will honor all those killed by terrorists on September 11, 2001, including FF Tegtmeier. Candles will be provided to participants starting at 6:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 7:00pm.
