9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm, the New York City Bar Justice Center is offering a free legal clinic for individuals needing assistance in filing claims under the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). On the evening of Thursday, April 4, 2014, run or walk to the 72nd floor of 4 World Trade Center to raise funds for the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. 1,000 stair climbers are wanted to raise $100,000 to fight cancer. As part of Staten Island’s Bill Welsh “Run/Walk/Crawl” 5-K Run, there will be a children’s Run to VICTOR-Y quarter-mile run in honor of Vic Navarra on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 9:00am in Clove Lakes Park.
