Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Twelve educational awards worth $500.00 each are available through the New York Firefighters’ Burn Center Foundation in the honor and memory of FF Michael Kiefer, who was killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. The seventh annual Lt. Chuck Margiotta FDNY Brains, Brawn Bravery Motorcycle Event will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015. The ride begins and ends at Monsignor Farrell High School on Staten Island.
