9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Presentation of the Olsen/Barry Memorial Scholarship

The 32nd annual dinner dance of the FDNY Viking Association will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Staaten in Staten Island. Admission is $85.00 per person. The Olsen/Barry Memorial Scholarship will be presented during the evening. This $2,500 scholarship will be presented by the Olsen/Barry Scholarship Fund in honor of Arthur Barry and Eric Olsen, two FDNY Viking members who were killed during the terrorist attacks of 2001. Swim for the Future swim meet & scholarship presentation

The Swim for the Future swim meet and scholarship presentation will take place at 5:30pm on Friday, October 17, 2014 at the AquaCenter on the Upper East Side. Doors will open at 5:30pm; the scholarship presentation will be held at 6:00pm; the swim meet runs from 6:20pm to 8:30pm.
