9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 11:00am, a plaque dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter William R. O’Connor of Ladder 84, who died of World Trade Center-related illness on January 16, 2006. The dedication will be held in the quarters of Engine 164/Ladder 84.
