9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The 13th annual Concert for Remembrance will take place at 5:00pm on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Grace Episcopal Church in Nyack, NY. It honors Welles Remy Crowther, the man in the red bandanna, who gave his life in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Arts & Faith St. Louis will host the fourth annual 9/11 Interfaith Commemoration in Music on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 5:30pm at Sheldon Concert Hall. The United Way will hold its second annual Live United in Colour show at Penn Oakes Country Club on Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Guest artist will be Michael Israel, who will sing and paint simultaneously. Attendees will enjoy cocktails and dinner as well as the show. Sarah Van Auken, daughter of 9/11 victim Kenneth Van Auken, is bringing her one-woman play, This Is Not about 9/11, to New York. Sarah was 12 years old when her father was murdered in the September 11 terrorist attacks. He worked for Cantor Fitzgerald on top of Tower 1 of the World Trade Center. A concert will be held on the Plaza of the 9/11 Memorial on the evening of Friday, September 12, 2014. The time has not yet been announced.
