9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce will host their 26th golf classic on Monday, August 4, 2014 at St. George’s Golf and Country Club in Setauket. This year the honoree is the 9/11 Responders Remembered Memorial in Nesconset, where those rescue and recovery workers who have died from September 11th-related illnesses are honored. The twelfth annual With Eddie’s Help Summer’s Last Call will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014, from 8:00pm to 12:00am at Martell’s Tiki Bar. All proceeds will benefit Logan Strauss.
