9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF Patrick Finegan (ret.) Needs Blood & Platelets

Retired FF Patrick Finegan (formerly of Engine 69) is currently a patient at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City being treated for World Trade Center related cancer.  He needs regular blood and platelet transfusions. Donations of blood or platelets would be greatly appreciated. To benefit Patrick, all donations must be made in the Blood Donor Room of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and designated for him. Detective Louis Fernandez of Emergency Service Squad 6 and the Squad’s union delegate died on October 16, 2014 of cancer contracted through his work on the rescue and recovery from 9/11.
