9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. A 10-13 benefit will be held for Detective Johnny Walker on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm at Mount Saint Michael Academy in the Bronx. Detective Walker has been diagnosed with colon cancer from his work during the recovery efforts at the World Trade Center. The members of the 120 Detective Squad are hosting a 10-13 benefit on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 7:00pm – 11:00pm for Margaret Russotto, the wife of NYPD Detective Edward Russotto.
