Photos were taken at the site\, many from inside the buildings\, and at other locations where materials used in the rebuilding were created. He is the son of Kevin Flood\, a retired firefighter from Engine 210\, who served with the FDNY during the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. \nColin was first diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia on December 24\, 2012. He received chemotherapy and then underwent a bone marrow transfusion. He had been in remission until October 2013\, when unfortunately the cancer returned. Colin has been undergoing chemo and spinal taps. He will need risky liver surgery soon. \nFor the next few weeks\, Colin needs 1-2 transfusions daily.
