9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Canstruction can be seen in the Winter Garden from Thursday, October 31, 2013 until Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 10:00am – 6:00pm daily. The public is invited to bring canned or nonperishable food to donate when they come to view the exhibit. Food will be donated to City Harvest, as will all the cans used to make the sculptures. On Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, 2013 at 9:00am, Monmouth University will dedicate their 9/11 Veterans Memorial. The Shirley Fiterman Art Center at Borough of Manhattan Community College in Lower Manhattan is hosting Top of the World, an exhibit on the rebuilding of the World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks. The exhibit opened on November 12, 2013 (coinciding with the opening of 4 WTC) and is ongoing.
