She made contact with airline personnel on the ground and provided them with information about the terrorists that enabled the investigation to begin. She was 35. \nAnyone can make a nomination by visiting www.mass.gov.  To be considered for the award\, nominations must provide proof of the nominee’s residence in Massachusetts; the names of two or more witnesses with personal knowledge of the act of courage exhibited by the nominee\, and a detailed account of any public recognition of the act that the nominee may have received\, including press coverage. \nNominations are due Thursday\, August 1\, 2013 for acts of bravery performed between July 15\, 2012 and June 15 2013.
