9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wreath-laying and moment of silence – Middletown, NJ

A wreath-laying and moment of silence for the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 will take place at the Middletown [NJ] WTC Memorial Gardens on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 8:46am, the moment when American Airlines Flight 11 struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
An American flag that flew over the World Trade Center on the tenth anniversary of the attacks will be raised during the ceremony.
The public is welcome at the Middletown WTC Memorial Gardens from dawn to dusk every day.
