9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Winter hours at the National September 11th Memorial will be in place from September 23, 2013 to December 31, 2013. In the winter, the Memorial will open at 10:00am and close at 6:00pm with last entry at 5:00pm.
