9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Where to Turn Hurricane Sandy Toy Drive

Where to Turn and the Secret Sandy Claus Project are helping Santa to distribute 15,000 toys to children impacted by Hurricane Sandy this Christmas.
Their project spans Staten Island, Long Island and New Jersey. Families with FEMA numbers and proper ID can shop for free from December 7, 2013 to Christmas Eve, from noon to 7:00pm. at the Where to Turn Sandy Holiday Toy Store at 1547 Arthur Kill Road. A parent can choose 2 toys per child, 6 per family.
Those wishing to help can drop off new, unwrapped toys at Where to Turn, 150-L Greaves Lane (718-966-6531) or at the other Staten Island locations listed below.
