9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Retired FDNY Lt. Martin Fullam of E-10 has died from a lengthybattle with site-related illness. His work on and after September 11th left him with polymyositis and pulmonary fibrosis. He had a lung transplant in 2009. Lt. Fullham was 56 and died on Monday, January 28, 2013.
