9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for PO William A. Connors, PAPD

William A. Connors, age 57, died of World Trade Center illness on Friday, September 18, 2015. He served with the Port Authority Police Department for 25 years and worked the entire recovery effort after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
His wake will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home in Parlin, NJ. On Saturday, September 26, 2015 there will be a viewing at 8:15am followed by a 9:00am funeral Mass at Our Lady of Victories R.C. Church in Sayreville with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations in Bill’s name be made to the September 11th Port Authority Memorial Fund.
