9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for FDNY Marine Engineer Robert Alexander

FDNY Marine Engineer Robert Alexander, 43, died of World Trade Center-related brain cancer on August 14, 2017.
Robert was very active in securing benefits for the September 11th community through the Zadroga bill and traveled to Washington DC many times to fight for this cause.
He was a dedicated police officer, firefighter and mechanic. He was an expert with the old fireboats and with running the highly technical new boats.
His wake will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Peck & Peck Funeral Home in Copake, NY.
Please note that the funeral Mass will be held in Massachusetts at Our Lady of the Valley in Sheffield on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 11:00am.
