9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for FDNY Lt. John Halpin

June 3, 2014 @ 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

FDNY Lt. John Halpin died on Thursday, May 29, 2014 of World Trade Center-related illness. He had a long and distinguished career with Ladder 33. Other assignments included E-75, L-34 and E-67. Lt. Halpin was the married father of four. His son James is an NYPD officer and Iraq veteran and his son John followed Lt. Halpin into the FDNY.

His wake will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 and Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the McNulty Funeral Home.

The funeral Mass will be held at St. Raymond’s Church at 9:45am on Thursday, June 5, 2014. Committal services and cremation will be held at the Woodlawn Cemetery in the Woolworth Chapel at 11:15am. If you plan to attend the funeral mass, please arrive at the McNulty Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday by 8:15am or at St. Raymond’s Church by 9:45am.
