9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Captain Scott Stelmok, NYPD

NYPD Captain Scott Stelmok of the 103rd Precinct died on December 28, 2014 after a long fight with World Trade Center-related cancer. Scott leaves behind his wife, Jeanne and their daughter Ashley.
His viewing will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm and from 7:00pm to 9:30pm at the Mangano Funeral Home in Deer Park.
His funeral will take place on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 10:15am at St. Cyril & Methodious Church in Deer Park.
