9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Unveiling of commemorative sculpture, Olympia, WA

At noon on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Harbor House in Olympia,  the public is invited to see an artwork called The Structure of Love is Indestructible unveiled.

It is a glass and polished stainless steel monument by sculptor Ross Matteson consisting of two, 10-foot glass towers etched with doves.

The work will be on display for five days. Events during that time will include speakers and music around different daily themes.

Day 1’s theme is Honoring Service; Day 2’s theme is Recognizing Peace and Justice; Day 3 will feature survivor of the 1994 Rwandan genocide Alice Musabende; Day 4’s theme is Uncovering Truth in Nature.  Day 5’s theme is Interfaith Unity.
