9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Turkey Trot Run & Strengthalon

The 36th annual Turkey Trot Run & Strengthalon, hosted by Engine 233/Ladder 176 will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 11:30am, in Flushing Meadow Park in Queens.
Day of race registration will begin at 10:30am. The assembly point will be the Meadow Lake Boat Rental Building. Rules for the run will be explained at the park. The entry fee of $25.00 will be accepted until race time. Please make all checks payable to: Ladder 176 Engine 233 Turkey Trot, 25 Rockaway Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11233. Proceeds will benefit various FDNY charities.
The Strengthalon events will include Pound for Pound Bench Press, Most Weight Benched, Most Reps, 225lbs, and Most Pull-ups in 1 Minute.
Post-race refreshments will be available.
