9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 6:00pm, there will be a Christmas tree lighting, and the naming of the street “Heroes’ Way” in honour of all the hundreds of recovery workers from the World Trade Center recovery effort who have died of illnesses contracted there.

Carols will be sung and Santa has been sighted in the area! Seasonal refreshments will be available.
