9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Survivor Paul Gembara to speak, Howell, NJ

Paul Gembara, who survived both of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center — September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993 — will share his experiences at 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the Howell Township Library .

Gembara, a resident of Howell, spent 28 years working with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the offices of which were in Tower 1 of the World Trade Center.
