They will focus on the interrogation of terrorist Anders Behring Breivik. They will describe how the Norwegian presumption of innocence influenced the interrogations and discuss the Norwegian interrogation technique KREATIV\, based on scientifically supported principles. \nAsbjørn Rachlew is a Police Superintendent at Oslo Police District and has worked as a homicide detective for eight years. He holds degrees from the University of Liverpool and the University of Oslo. He lectures at the Norwegian University College in Investigative Interviewing and initiated and developed the first national Investigative Interviewing training program in Norway. \nGeir-Egil Løken is a Police Chief Inspector at the Norwegian Criminal Investigation Department\, National Criminal Investigation Service. He graduated from the Norwegian Police Academy in 1997\, and has served as an investigator of organized crime since 2008. He interviewed Breivik in the investigation of the terror attacks in Oslo.
