With St. Michael’s Cemetery, the Christopher Santora Educational Scholarship is sponsoring a memorial 5-K race to raise funds to give scholarships to the children of those who have died of illnesses from their work and dedication at the World Trade Center recovery efforts.
The Remember Me Run will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Astoria Park in Astoria NY and will end at St. Michael’s Cemetery for a memorial remembrance of those who died on 9/11 and those who have died since.

The Run is a project of the Christopher A. Santora Educational Scholarship Fund. Christopher A. Santora was an FDNY firefighter who gave his life on September 11, 2001.
