Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Retired Detectives of NY’s Dinner Cruise will be held on Monday, May 13, 2013. The boat leaves from the World Yacht Marina in Manhattan. The event will begin at 6:00pm and the boat returns to the dock at 11:00pm.

A fee of $100.00 includes a dinner buffet, open bar, and dancing to music by “Risky Business”. RDNY has the entire vessel, which makes it a private party. The boat will leave the dock, travel south to the tip of Manhattan, and then head up the East River. A stop at the Statue of Liberty is always a highlight of the evening.
