9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Putnam County Community Blood Drive

There will be a blood drive on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the TOPS Building in Carmel NY. A bloodmobile will also be nearby that day from noon to 6:00pm at 40 Gleneida Avenue behind the Court House.
Supplies are low, and blood is desperately needed. Many of those sick in the September 11th community need blood for their treatments.
Everyone who donates blood will be entered into a raffle contest.
