Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. New York City will soon receive its first payment – $1.77 billion – for those residents and businesses affected by Hurricane Sandy.
From March 27, 2013 until Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 11:59pm, New Yorkers can make suggestions on how the money should be spent.
