9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Plaque Dedication for FDNY Lieutenant Howard J. Bischoff

On Monday, December 21, 2015 at 11:00am, a plaque dedication will be held honoring the memory of Lieutenant Howard J. Bischoff, who died of World Trade Center-related colon cancer last year at the age of 58.
The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-284/L-149 in Brooklyn. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
