9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Pentagon 9/11 survivor to speak at Batavia, IL

Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Ryan Yantis, a survivor of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the Pentagon, will speak to the Batavia Rotary Club at a breakfast on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 7:30am.

He will return to Batavia on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 to speak to students and residents about the 15th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

Colonel Yantis, who was on duty at the Pentagon on the 11th, will tell his story of readiness, resilience, responsibility, and service.

The breakfast will begin at 7:15am at Apple Villa Famous Pancake House. Yantis’ talk will begin at 7:30am and last 30 minutes.
