The event is held to pay tribute to U.S. veterans who were deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq. The guest speaker will be Rear Admiral Sean Buckwell. \nDetective Kevin Herlihy\, who was wounded in the line of duty\, will be honored with the Stephen Driscoll Award at the service.
