9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Moment of Silence & Ceremony, Stony Brook, NY

Join Stony Brook staff and students as they honor the alumni and students whose lives were taken by terrorism on September 11, 2001. A moment of silence will be held at 8:46am, the moment of the first plane’s impact. Students will lay a wreath at the Memorial Grove.
