9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Michigan Remembers 9-11 Fund Essay Contest

The Michigan Remembers 9/11 Fund will accept submissions for its 2012 Michigan Remembers 9/11 Essay Contest through September 30, 2012.
High school juniors and seniors from schools in Michigan (public, private, and home schools) are encouraged to submit an original essay on their reflections and research on the impacts of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington D.C., and Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Scholarships of $500, $300, and $200 will be awarded to the best essays in November 2012. For more information and contest rules see the Essay Contest page.
