9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 11:00am, Engine 42 will hold a memorial Mass honoring the memory of Lieutenant Howard J. Carpluk Jr., of E-42, who made the supreme sacrifice on August 28, 2006.
The Mass will take place in the quarters of 42 Engine in the Bronx.
