9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial lights dedication – Marion, VA

The Marion Virginia September 11th Memorial program is set for Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 7:30pm at the Marion Fire Department.
Twin lights are being dedicated as part of the 9/11 memorial. The vertical lights are meant to represent the World Trade Center’s towers.
In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside the Fire Department hall.
All fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and retired/active military personnel are invited. Departments bringing apparatus are asked to call 276-378-5026 to reserve parking space. Please note that Main Street will be blocked from Sheffey to Poston for the event.
