9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph Patrick Murphy, retired L-156, FDNY

Joseph Patrick Murphy died on June 19, 2016. He was 56 and retired from the FDNY’s Ladder 156. He served as chairman of the FDNY Pipes & Drums.
His funeral will take place on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 9:00am at Marine Park Funeral Home in Brookly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for him at 10:00am at Brooklyn’s Good Shepherd R.C. Church.
He will be buried at Calverton National Cemetery.
