9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Lunch for the September 11th Community – NY, NY
September 11, 2014 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
If you are a member of the September 11th community who is interested in gathering for lunch after the official ceremony, there will be such a gathering from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the Beekman Restaurant in lower Manhattan. In previous years, two options have been offered, either lunch at a cost of approximately $25.00 per person, or dessert, tea & coffee at a cost of approximately $10.00 per person. A similar deal will be offered this year.
Please contact Barbara Horn if you are interested. She is trying to get an idea of how many people will need to be seated. Responding with yes simply indicates your interest and does not commit you. Within a week you will receive an RSVP email, which will be when you need to be definite.
