9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The annual Lt. Howard Carpluk / FF Michael Reilly Brothers in Battle 5-K memorial run will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Orchard Beach in the Bronx. Registration will begin at 10:00am with the race starting at 11:00am, with food and beverages to follow.

The registration fee is $30.00.

Proceeds will support the Michael C. Reilly Scholarship Fund and the Howard Carpluk Memorial Fund.

Lt. Howie Carpluk of Engine 42 and FF Michael C. Reilly of Engine 75 were killed in the line of duty on August 27, 2006.
