9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Joseph Plumitallo Memorial Golf Outing
June 2, 2014 @ 10:00 am - 8:30 pm
The annual Joseph Plumitallo Memorial Golf Outing will be held this year on Monday, June 2, 2014 at the Rockville Centre Links Club. Registration begins with breakfast and registration at 10:00am, with a shotgun start at 11:45am. A BBQ lunch will be served on the course. Cocktails, dinner awards, open bar and auction follow the golf, beginning at 5:00pm. Golf will be played in Team Calloway format.
The fee to golf is $500.00, which includes everything mentioned above. To attend only the dinner will cost $200.00. All funds raised will go to the Joseph Plumitallo Memorial Foundation, which supports scholarships and other worthy causes. Please note that space is limited, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reserve early to ensure your spot.
Note that all golfers must wear soft spikes or sneakers (players wearing other shoes will not be permitted to play). Collared shirts are required on the course. No tennis or cargo shorts and no jeans are allowed. Jackets at dinner are not necessary.

Joseph Plumitallo was a devoted dad and family man, a bond broker at Cantor Fitzgerald, and loved horse racing. He was 45 on September 11, 2001, when he was killed in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.
