Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. JD’s Football Sunday XIII

The 13th annual Joey Doyle JD’s Football Sunday will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm at the Z-Two Lounge in Staten Island.
Admission is $20.00 at the door. There will be free food, drink specials and lots of great football. There will be raffles, a great 50/50 and the annual JD $10K Raffle with top prize of $10,000 and second prize of $2,500. All proceeds raised will benefit the Joe Doyle Scholarship Fund.
Joe Doyle was a 25-year-old broker with Cantor Fitzgerald and a lover of watching football with his many friends when he was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. His friends gather every year with other football fans to raise money to help deserving students in Joey’s honor.
The famous JD 10K Raffle will be picked Sunday after the featured 1:00pm game. 200 tickets will be sold at $100 each and the winner gets $10,000. The three-prize 50/50 will be available, as will the popular Super Bowl-style box pools. The first football boxes going up for sale are the 8:30pm Giants vs 49ers game. Boxes are $25.00- numbers go from 1-100. First-quarter winner gets $150, half-time winner gets $300, third-quarter winner gets $150 and final score winner gets $650 — the remaining money goes to the Joseph Doyle Memorial Scholarship Fund.
