9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FDNY EMS Lt. Richard Lee Cooper died on March 13, 2015, aged 62.
There will be no wake. Services are being handled by Clark Funeral Home in Yorktown Heights, NY.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 12:00pm at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Fairview, NJ.
