9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Funeral for Detective Steven Matthews, NYPD

Active-duty Detective Steven Matthews of the Detective Borough Queens Nightwatch has died.
His wake will be held on Monday, May 4, 2014 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm at the Carl C. Burnett Funeral Home in Hempstead, NY.
His funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 10:00am, also at the Carl C. Burnett Funeral Home.
Detective Matthews will be buried at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale.
