9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Retired NYPD Detective Gerald P. Hughes has died. He spent much of his career with the 111 Precinct Anti-Crime Unit.
His funeral will be held at 9:45am on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Holy Family Church in Hicksville.
