9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. The New York City Bar Justice Center is offering  a free legal clinic on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm for individuals needing assistance in filing claims under the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). Clinics will be facilitated by volunteer lawyers who will provide free counsel and advice to people who would like to file a claim under the VCF without an attorney. Those attending will be able to meet with an attorney who will provide information on the eligibility process and will assist in filling out the application form.

Pre-registration is required; space is limited, and priority will be given to individuals who have not previously attended a clinic.
