9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF Vecsi Family Fundraiser

FDNY Lt. Mike Vecsi (E-220/L-122) has been diagnosed with World Trade Center-related lung cancer.
His condition prevents him from lifting his handicapped daughter into his van, so some of his co-workers are raising funds to get the family a vehicle with a lift.
The fundraiser will be held from 7:00pm to 11:00pm on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at LiGreci’s Staaten in Staten Island. Tickets are $80.00.
