9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF Kevin J. Smith Memorial Golf Outing

The annual FF Kevin J. Smith Memorial Golf Outing will be held this year on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Willow Creek Golf & Country Club in Mt. Sinai, NY. Please arrive between 11:30am and 12:00pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm with dinner to follow.
The day’s events will include 18 holes of golf, a barbecue lunch, a free beverage cart on the course, cocktail hour and buffet dinner with open bar.

All proceeds will go to the Kevin J. Smith Memorial Fund, which funds scholarships to students from Kevin’s alma mater who choose careers in public service.
FF Kevin J. Smith, 47, worked in HazMat 1, a hazardous materials unit within the FDNY. A former Marine, father of 8 and devoted husband, his life revolved around family and community service.Most of his children followed his footsteps and are firefighters or in the military.
